We are putting together a historical “pictures people and places” file for the Rosses area including all our offshore Islands.
Do you have a photograph of local people, places or areas in time gone by?
If so please take the picture, the names of the people in the picture, the name of the place in question and the year the photograph was taken, in to the offices of Ionad Teampaill Chróine.
We will scan your picture and give it back to you immediately. When enough pictures are gathered over the months ahead we intend to hold a photographic display. Pictures or articles of Interest will be accepted on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10—4pm.
This will beb a fantastic resource for future generations ,please contribute any photos ,stories or memories you might have.
